At Emlakçı Zafer we care about the privacy of our users and clients. This policy explains which personal data we collect through our website (emlakcizafer.com), for what purposes we use it and what your rights are.

1. Personal Data We Collect

When you use our website we may collect the following types of data:

Data you provide directly: such as the email address you give when subscribing to our newsletter, and your name, phone number and other details shared through contact forms.
Automatically collected data: technical data such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system, pages visited and visit duration, collected through cookies and similar technologies, usually via third-party services such as Google Ads.

Anonymous visit counting: To see which pages are read, we run a cookie-free count on our own server. Your IP address is not stored: together with your browser details it is condensed into an irreversible code using a secret key that is replaced every day (the old key is deleted), so the code cannot be matched to anything the next day. Only the page address, the domain of the site that referred you, the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and the site language are recorded. Detailed records are deleted after 40 days; after that only daily totals remain. If you accepted cookies, a marker that is deleted automatically when the browser tab is closed (sessionStorage) is used to recognise the first page of a visit.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. For services such as website analytics and advertising, data may be shared in anonymised form or to the extent necessary with providers such as Google, which have their own privacy policies.
